Pastor John Kent has been serving Reformation Lutheran Church from its very beginning. He has a real heart for Biblical preaching and teaching, with a keen interest in seeing that the light of the Reformation is not snuffed-out by the winds of superficial ecumenism.
     Pastor Kent completed his seminary training at the Association of Free Lutheran Theological Seminary in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Prior to this Pastor Kent received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion at, Point Loma Nazarene College.  He has also received education from various other institutions including; Azusa Pacific University, Bethel Theological Seminary (West), & Christian Heritage College.
     Pastor Kent has a wife and two daughters and lives in the nearby city of Lakeside, California. He enjoys golf, and sailing with his family in his free time.
